Working with Arika is hands down the best decision I made this year. I was putting together a half day program for over 100 leaders. Originally the event was supposed to happen live, but with the COVID-19 outbreak it was switched to a virtual format. I freaked out. Virtual facilitation was way outside my comfort zone and I was spinning my wheels on how to translate my content to a virtual environment. Within 60 minutes, Arika helped me come up with fun, meaningful activities that would hit the mark.
